Web Activity Design

At Utah Valley University, I was charged with managing a team that would create interactive activities that engage the learner. We did this in a variety of ways and these are screenshots of some of the activities I personally created.

An activity that takes students through the process of learning about the different phases of the ARES V rocket
Students interactively learn about and launch a rocket into space and learn about the process.
Students learn about airplanes and the best strategy used in WWII by interactively clicking on strategies and trying them out.
We designed the interface and created virtual airplane instruments for the viewer to match up the correct answers.
Highlighting and learning about the different engine parts. The team and I created all graphics in illustrator.
In this activity, we have the students select on the different parts of the plane and show information based on the part they select.
A simulation using drag and drop and button selections that guided students day by day through the Desert Shield operation focusing on its use of airplanes.
